Responsible for research administration, project management, and equipment maintenance. Supports teams in developing and applying new energy materials.

Research & Development
Battery R&D Group
- Research Team I: Preparation, synthesis, and performance testing of advanced Li-ion Batteries.
- Research Team II: Analysis of fuel cell catalysts, electrolyte membranes, and MEA development.
- Research Team III: New energy applications (EV/E-motorcycles, energy storage testing, and power management).
Pilot Production Group
Oversees production line management, drives process improvement, and develops advanced materials and technologies for All-Solid-State Lithium Batteries.
