Dry Process Laboratory

  1. Synthesis and preparation for lithium ion cathode materials (LFP, LVP, LEMP, LNM, LNCM), anode materials (LTO, graphite), and composite polymer materials (PE, PP).

  2. Synthesis and preparation for fuel cell catalysts (Pt/C, PtRu/C) and components (CCMs, MEAs).

Principle

1

X-ray Diffraction(XRD)

Crystalline atoms cause a beam of incident X-rays to diffract into many specific directions. By measuring the angles and intensities of these diffracted beams, a crystallographer can analyze the crystalline phase and structure of a sample.

2

X-RAY fluorescence spectroscopy(XRF)

XRF is an elemental and molar-ratio analysis instrument based on the principle that individual atoms, when excited by incident X-ray photons, emits its specific radiation. By collecting the number of photons emitted from a sample, the elements can be identified and quantitated.
